PRIVACY: We do not share any data collected on our web site such as account, personal, or transaction information with anyone for any reason. This information is for internal use only. SECURITY: This web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. In order to protect your credit card information from theft, our web site uses a secure server. Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. Any information you give to Glacier Dyeworks on the www.glacierdyeworks.com site will be handled with the utmost care. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call or email us. PAYMENT TERMS: We will accept cash/cashier’s check, company check, Visa or MasterCard as payment. The customer will be charged a $30 service charge for any returned check. Custom orders and orders less than $4,000 will be charged and paid for in full at time of order. Large wholesale orders over $4,000 we require 50% down at time order is placed and payment in full at time the order is shipped.
SHIPPING: The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges. Orders are normally shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We will ship using any carrier designated by the customer upon request. However, we will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by the respective carrier.
DEFAULT: Please understand if any customer should become delinquent in payment, no further credit will be extended. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES FROM ON-LINE STORE CUSTOMERS: Customers buying from our on-line store may return or exchange items that have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges including reshipping charges for exchanged items. Custom orders are not exchangeable or refundable. Our policy is different for customers buying wholesale, please see below.
RETURNS FROM WHOLESALERS: Items sold to a wholesaler are not returnable or refundable. We are more than happy to send out a single “proof” product at a wholesale price, for you the wholesaler, to examine and approve before running a wholesale order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All items will be charged at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed. We, Glacier Dyeworks, reserve the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, or sizes. Please understand there are variances in color and size. If it is unacceptably different, we will strive to make it right.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: Glacier Dyeworks shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or personal injuries or death resulting from the use or sale of our merchandise. |
